Capable for organizations

A CRM for the whole org. Set up with you.

Start with one office today, on real data. Prove it works. Then roll Capable out across HQ, regional offices, and outlets with a white-glove setup: per-office process views, role-based access, and a configuration architected around how your organization actually runs.

The path

Land one office, then expand the org.

You don't buy a rollout on faith. You prove it on one team first, with the product exactly as it ships today, and only then take it everywhere, with us alongside you.

01Pilot · today, self-serve

No procurement, no migration project. One team turns Capable on this week and works inside the chat: real reps, real calls, real records. The self-serve product IS the pilot.

02Prove · weeks, not quarters

The record keeps itself, the pipeline stops lying, and the team actually adopts it, because it runs in the chat they already use all day. You see whether it works before you commit the whole org.

03Roll out · with us, white-glove

Once one office is sold, we help you take it everywhere: a guided rollout configured around your structure, your offices, and your people. You're never handed a setup wizard and left to it.

The guided rollout

What we configure, together.

The building blocks are already in the product. The white-glove part is shaping them to your org, so each office gets the view, the access, and the schema that fit how it works.

Per-office process views

Each office runs its own pipelines, workstreams, and stages; a retail outlet’s flow doesn’t have to look like a regional sales team’s. Capable already supports multiple pipelines, custom objects, stages, and fields per workspace; the rollout maps them to how each office actually works.

Role-based access

Four roles, admin · manager · member · viewer, with tiered write control: admins and managers edit anything, members edit only their own book, viewers are read-only. We set the roles so the right people can change the right records, and no one else can.

A setup designed around your org

Objects, vocabulary, and stages shaped to your motion (sales, partner, renewal, whatever each office runs) plus the audit log and agent governance / approvals dialed in. CSV export and no lock-in stay true the whole way: it’s your data.

Where we're straight with you

Per-office data isolation is something we architect with you.

Here’s the honest line we’d rather you hear from us than discover later. Today, visibility in a workspace is workspace-wide: everyone can see the records, while edit access is already controlled by role. True per-region access control, where each office sees only its own data, is not a self-serve toggle yet.

So we treat it as a first-class part of the rollout: we scope your isolation model together, design the workspace structure around it, and it’s on the roadmap as a product capability. For a multi-office org that’s the part most worth getting right, which is exactly why it’s a conversation, not a checkbox.

Why organizations choose it

The reasons it sticks at scale.

The same things that make one rep keep it current are what make it safe to run across an org, with the controls a larger organization needs on the Enterprise tier.

It lives in your chat

Reps capture by talking. No second tab, no data-entry tax, no dashboard to maintain, which is exactly why teams actually keep it current.

Governance, approvals & audit

Per-workspace policies, an approval queue for sensitive writes, and an audit log from day one. The agent acts inside the rules you set.

SSO on Enterprise

Single sign-on (and SCIM) on the Enterprise tier, so access maps to your identity provider, set up as part of the rollout.

Your data, exportable

Full CSV export, no lock-in. You can leave with everything, which is the whole reason it's safe to start.

Built to SOC 2 principles

Encryption at rest and in transit, least-privilege access, audit logs, backup and DR: the SOC 2 posture in place, audit when a deal needs it.

Founders, not a funnel

You talk to the people who built it. The rollout is a conversation about your org, not a deck and a quota.

Talk to us

Talk to a founder, not a sales rep.

Tell us about your org: the offices, the motions, the access you need. We’ll show you how a pilot starts this week and exactly how the rollout would work for you.

Tell us about your org (HQ, regions, outlets) and we’ll map out how a pilot starts this week and how the rollout works. No SDR, no script. Just the people who built it.

We reply the same day, and we’ll send a couple of times that work.
